Shipping policy

Please allow for a processing time of 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The estimated delivery time within the USA is 3-5 business days after the order is shipped.

Please note that if you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will be shipped only after the payment has cleared.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days, we recommend checking your junk/spam folder before reaching out to us via email to inquire about your order. Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be addressed through the U.S. Postal Service, as they are now responsible for the delivery. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com or by calling (800)275-8777.

In the event that your shipment is marked as "DELIVERED" with the provided tracking number, please contact your local post office as this is a delivery issue that we are unable to rectify. Delivery issues, including damage, theft, and misdeliveries, must be resolved through the U.S. Postal Service.
